SHIPPING
All items will be mailed via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail.
Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Express priority shipping is not available at this time.

If you purchase multiple items at once, you will initially be charged shipping for each item. These extra shipping charges will be utilized to cover the additional cost of mailing a larger package with multiple items. Any remaining charges after the cost of upgraded shipping will be refunded to the buyer within 1 to 3 days of purchase. Should you have any questions regarding this, please feel free to contact me!

Buyer is responsible for providing correct shipping address. If you have provided the incorrect address, please contact me immediately at EarthshineApparel@gmail.com. I will not be held responsible for items shipped to the wrong address.

I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

If you are located outside of the US, please choose "international shipping" during checkout.
Buyers should be aware of and are responsible for all international customs fees, duty taxes and tariffs in addition to original shipping costs. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed for international orders and customs delays may occur due to COVID. Prices for international packages will be marked as merchandise for the amount paid - no exceptions.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact me through email at EarthshineApparel@gmail.com within 7 DAYS of receiving your product if you are unsatisfied and we will work towards a solution. All return costs will be covered by the buyer and refunds are not offered on original shipping costs.

Only unworn, unwashed, no pet hair clothing will be accepted for returns. If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet these guidelines, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Each item is one of a kind and made to order. Please carefully check your dimensions against the size chart prior to purchase in order to ensure a proper fit.
